Every device is graded before a listing goes live, so buyers always know exactly what they're getting.
Excellent
Looks and works like new. Little to no visible signs of use, full functionality, and all original accessories included where applicable.
Good
Light cosmetic wear — small scratches or scuffs — but fully functional with no operational issues. Great value for the price.
Fair
Noticeable cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, or reduced battery health) but still fully functional. Priced to reflect the extra wear.
Damaged
Powers on and works, but has a real, disclosed defect — a cracked screen or back, a swollen battery, a faulty camera, or another broken part. Every defect must be stated clearly in the listing.
Sellers grade honestly at listing time, and our team reviews every submission before it goes live. If a delivered item doesn't match its stated grade, open a dispute from your order.
Buyers pay through sellcondhand.ng — funds only release to the seller once delivery is confirmed.
